  4. Recently BT lowered two of their phone call prices.
  5. If you are installing this program for the first time
  6. you can ignore this message.
  7.  
  8. If you are upgrading, and you are on BT, be sure to go 
  9. to the configuration screen and click "Insert BT 
  10. Defaults" to update the prices. This is because the 
  11. program will pick up your previous settings, and will 
  12. not automatically update the prices.
